Struggling Creative Process

Lately my thoughts have been mainly focused on my other classes, especially calculus 2. It has come to my attention that our self portrait project is due some what soon and I am continuosly drawing blanks for any good idea's. I dont want to just add a background and add a single element, I hope to make it unique and colorful.My life while going to school is basically homework and partying. So with that in mind I would like to create my self portrait in a manner of expressing my up beat partying lifestyle...not sure exactly how to do that yet but the next few days will be primarily focused on this project.

Education

I am in the process of earning a Geography degree with a concentration in GIS. GIS in a broad term is basically digital mapping. I find the worlds landscape to be very interesting and one day hope to be a city planner. I hope this feild of work brings oppurtunity to work across the globe. Obviously New Media has not much to do with geography but I have decided to take this class to learn skills in photo and video editing.

Briefing

While I am not attending school at Lethbridge I am earning dollar bills in Medicine Hat. Alike Lethbridge it is a moderately sized city and provides great pubs for all your drinking or "socializing" needs. Five dollar schooners at Houston's Pizza if your ever in town. I am currently 22 years old and spend most of my time with schoolwork, kicking it with friends and playing hockey.
